MediBox, a smarter first step at home
MediBox is a home health self-assessment kit and app that guides you through quick evidence-based checks, then gives clear next steps in minutes. Think of it as a cousin to the first-aid kit: one box, one app, one plain English summary. It is designed for families, older adults, fitness enthusiasts, carers, and anyone who wants trusted guidance at home. MediBox helps resolve some concerns at home and improves GP consultations with GP-ready notes when care is needed.
What MediBox Checks
The kit pairs your smartphone with easy attachments and guided steps. Each test uses capture quality gates and specialist vision models.
Dermatology
Clip-on lens for close skin images such as rashes, lesion change, and other skin concerns.
Retina
Fundus clip-on lens for retinal photographs that can surface patterns linked with diabetes, hypertension, possible glaucoma risk, macular change, retinal tumors, and choroidal disorders.
Cardiovascular
Blood pressure and ECG with a Bluetooth cuff for cardiovascular snapshots.
Temperature
Temperature reader for quick fever checks.
Urinalysis
Strips scanned by the phone camera for routine monitoring, Pharmacy First UTI pathways, and kidney health trends over time.
Guided Photos
Tongue, nails, and stool mapped to the Bristol scale with obvious red flag prompts.
